Shane has a broad depth of experience in the areas of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Performance Management which is supported by a Bachelor of Technology degree gained from Monash University. As the Sales Director at Bistech, Shane’s key role is to generate new opportunities and drive the revenue side of the business.

| Justin Hoareau – Services Director
As a Services Director of Bistech, Justin has a valuable combination of commercial business experience, technical expertise and human resources skills. Justin has over 13 years of experience working in the Information Technology industry with a particular focus in the areas of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Performance Management. He has deep hands on experience gained across a diverse range of industries which has been established during his time as a Senior BI Consultant. His industry experience includes (but not limited to); Retail, Finance, Mining, Gaming, Hospitality, Transport, Banking, Medical, Property Mgmnt & Manufacturing. A graduate from Griffith University with a major in Human Resource Management, Justin’s strong background in HRM and Training compliments his role as Bistech’s Services Director.
